Describe the Issue

when i tried to use the back slot, the item tools is just disappear like that, it's not invisible or anything, it's just disappear ("￣▽￣)
well maybe it because i use other mods and i can just disable it (i don't know wich one yet), but isn't it will be good if you just fix it instead? 😅
