Describe the Issue
Multiplayer: When removing items equipped in the backslot by clicking and dragging via mouseclick inside the inventory instead of using the assigned hotkeys, the previously equipped backslot items are still visible to other players - though not to the player themselves (when checking third-person-view from F5).

Yes, this issue was noticed on a modded multiplayer server.
Title and Issue description updated after I was able to replicate the issue with the help of other players from my server.
Unfortunately, I haven't updated the server to 1.21.1 yet and wasn't planning to do so any time soon, since a couple of mods still haven't updated which my friends and I like to use. Since this is purely a Multiplayer problem, I cannot replicate it in Singleplayer to tell you if it persists in a 1.21.1 world :/
