Sky rendering too bright and flickering during rain

The sky colour is a bright blue during rain when it should be dark Grey. The sky will flicker Grey when moving over water.
Using Sodium, Iris, and Nvidium. Seems to make no difference disabling them.

Just realized my version was outdated. 2.1.0 seems to have fixed the issue. My mistake.
