Using the Skin Shuffle mod and using the Skin Preset menu can cause the game to crash.

I'm having the same issue, here's my log for the crash:

It doesn't occur when there isn't a Skin Shuffle preset using the classic model, I believe.

Disable entity rendering optimizations in your config file.

Awesome, thanks. Disabling enable_entity_renderer_caching seems to have worked in my case.
