When i use Bad Optimization + Performant from someaddon 1.20.1 it crashes. And stops crashing when i remove one of them. If you need anything like the log or crash report tell me.

Disable enable_entity_flag_caching in your config file. I'll mark them as incompatible in the next update, whenever that may be.
