Music Toasts not appearing

Minecraft: 1.21.7
Fabric: 0.16.14
Mod Version: 2.2.3

"enable_toast_optimizations" disables the new Music Toasts in 1.21.6 if set to "true" (default).

Working on a new feature for 2.3.0 - when that's done, I'll split up 1.21.2-1.21.5 and 1.21.6/1.21.7 to different jars to fix this issue.

Fixed in 2.3.0, be sure to get the 1.21.6/1.21.7 version
