Using NF 21.7.25. Crash on launch

That crash is surely very interesting... You should probably also report this over at NeoForge. When you do that, please also link to this issue here for more context :)
NeoForge actually notices that something is wrong and tells you in the console:

However, usually, it does so in a more spectacular way than just crashing.

Long story short: you need to install Architectury API and Cloth Config.
