
Spear/knife.... issues? (+feedback)

So first of all I love the mod, it's actually quite faithful to the original mod and it's just fun to play with, however few weapons work in... mysterious ways.
For example both knife and spear are just thrown instantly, no wind up or anything just click and gone which is weird because even boomerang has some sort of windup, now I'm writing this issues unaware if any of that is actually intended or not so bear with me.
One thing that should probably be considered is changing how cannon and training dummy are treated, currently they have shadows and I think they are treated more like mobs and less like entities (like boat or armor stand) by the game which is technically not an issues however the shadows are bit throwing me off, also the old, more blocky design of the cannons looked better in my opinion so if bringing those back was an option I would appreciate that.
Lastly I would recommend renaming the crossbow to heavy crossbow given those were added to vanilla a while back, plus perhaps making them support vanilla enchants or something idk.
Either way cool mod, definitely my favorite weapon mod out there, keep it up champs.
Thanks for the feedback! And yes, the behaviour of the boomerangs and knives is actually intentional. I wanted them to behave exactly the same way as BalkondeurAlpha coded them. Their behaviour also matches that of the spears (IIRC).
The cannon inherits its behaviours from a boat and the dummy is a general entity.
Bringing back the old models for those would be a possibility, I think. I will try to make this happen in a new release (but I can't promise anything yet)!

TL;DR for future Nico:
- Add option to enable old entity models for cannons (and maybe other entities?)
- Rename Crossbow to "Heavy Crossbow" or similar
Hell yeah, this looks awesome, brings back good old Tekkit classic memories, thanks on taking your time to implement it.
