Is there anyway of setting frequency for laser designator, because when i input frequency in silo, and then i right click on it, it's still using frequency 0.

It makes problem because if there are more silos it would send all of them to designated location.

You need to bind the frequency to the gun from the silo. It defaults to zero. The Guidebook highlights this.
