Describe the Issue

Server randomly crashes and restarts when moving around the world. After the first crash, the server will crash every time I log into the server. Tried remaking the world three times. The crash log shows a MIXIN issue for both Balm and Immersive Engineering but the issue was tested by removing immersive but still crashed. I was able to fix the issue by downgrading Balm to 2.3.0. I believe the issue is something that changed between 2.3.0 and 2.3.1

Not a balm issue although downgrading from 2.3.1 to 2.3.0 did allow the players to re-enter the world. Still crashes for some other reason.
