Feature description

At the moment, there is not a single mod that would implement near chat and long-range, the idea is this. If a player writes to the chat and there are no players in the region of 100 blocks, he displays a message that there are no players nearby and offers to write a message through the symbol ! Thus, he will write his message to the entire chat!

In order to reduce the amount of open issues on this Github repository, I'll be closing this issue.

It definitely does not mean I am not interested and I'll post a comment here if/when the mod is released. This might take some time, as bug reports take priority. But I'll definitely be releasing more mods along the way.
