Hey, I've had this amazing idea!
As I created a new World and configured my worldborder through the mod to a smallish space I encountered a few problems.
The most important to me would be a visibility toggle of the newly made world border (maybe even with changeable colors) to visualize the border next to having the border messages.
The next thing, as I reduced my border I was sent to the ocean struggling to keep up with what was happening (I was first spawned on a beach in an ocean and I put the looping on so I was teleported back and forth dipping in and out of water), I put the teleport on 0 and the looping off, but as soon as I hit the edge in the water it teleported me up to the surface, which was a bit nauseating.
My question is therefore, is there is a possibility to have a "physical" worldborder like the existing one? As to not teleport up and down/back.
As for the third point, it's more of a suggestion than a plead, as I said I was teleported left and right, which might not have happened immediately if there was the possibility to put the center of the worldborder to a certain spot instead of the existing grid.
I know it's a lot, but it would be really cool.
I would love to use your mod for a video series idea that I had in mind and I don't have much, but I would love if you could implement those (at least point one and maybe two would be greatly appreciated already).
Thank you in advance,
NikNes
Hey!
I appreciate the suggestion! While I'd love to add all features submitted on the issue-tracker, I've got to prioritize working on them due to having limited time. In order to see which features users would like to see most, I've created https://serilum.com/mods/requests, which shows a table with all feature request submitted.
I'm aware that this is not the reaction you were looking for, but the reality is that I can't keep up with the demand. I try to do as much as I can.
Users are able to upvote requests by reacting to the first issue comment on this GitHub page with one of the ๐ ๐ ๐ โค๏ธ ๐ ๐ emoji's. The request with the most unique reactions, will be shown at the top. You can of course add the reactions yourself too, but don't have to :). The author of the feature is already counted as +1.
I won't only focus on popular features in the upcoming years, but it does help with prioritizing. I'll probably work on a combination of popular and interesting/needed/fun submissions.
I'll close this issue with "not planned" as a way to separate an open feature request from an actual completed issue. This does not actually mean it's not planned! Incompatibilities and bug reports will still remain open.
When the feature is implemented, I'll again post a comment and close it as "completed".
Thank you for taking the time to submit the suggestion! โค๏ธ
