Would it be too much trouble to add a mineable/claws block tag that makes claws mine those blocks faster? (like minecraft:mineable/shovel or Farmer's Delight's c:mineable/knife) The most obvious use for it would be cobwebs, but a tag-based system would allow pack developers to define other things like, say, rope. (And if you wouldn't mind, I'd love to have this feature on 1.19 where I am building my pack!)
