The option to activate sprint only when being near mobs/other players (to get away faster from location).

A character can be out of food very fast if using sprint all the time. So if using sprint only when "needed", the food is probably going to last. (E.g. an option to either configure sprint, or configure "mob/players nearby", in some way).

I think that this would be a very good feature and could tie in with #1131
