Capture
Issue occurs when using the #farm command.
It see's blocks such as carrots, grass, pumpkin stems, etc. as opstacles to be broken, or overcome.
Brakes the blocks to reach path destination (a fully grown block), however replants it again as the replantCrops boolean is true - get's stuck in loop:
break block to reach destination of path, replant broken crop.
Cannot be broken, and burns through seeds etc, while trying to harvest something that should be harvested.
To reproduce simply #farm with a variety of crops throughout their growing cycle

Cannot reproduce (baritone 1.5.1 minecraft 1.15.2), baritone ignores non-full crops and runs through them

Same here. I also have this issue.

What version? provide more info

Game version 1.15.2. I have tried the latest releases of both baritone and fabritone. In both release, baritone will constantly and unnecessarily break blocks in the work that it thinks is blocking its path (Torches, rails, grass, and wheat). This normally isn’t an issue except in the case of farming because the bot thinks it has to break the seeds to move (the player can normally move through field without breaking seeds) and gets stuck because it also plants the seeds back at the same time (this happen many times a second). I’ve have tried adding seeds (and torches and rails) to the block break blacklist but it doesn’t fix the issue. It looks exactly like the screenshot provided by IIIWardenIII.

Most of these settings were changed in attempt to fix the problem (besides avoidance).

Can you set them all back to default and see what happens?

I can confirm that the issue mentioned by Nerd8622 is identical to mine. i have reinstalled minecraft, my launchers, baritone, and fabritone and im certain im runing the latest versions of all programs, but to no avail. Even with no changes to launchers, baritone, or fabritone, the problem persists
