What do you need help with?

So im using MultiMC, but im sieriously no big fan of hackedclients (even though theyre useful sometimes), so i'd like to have baritone seperately, but i cant find json files for the newest baritone releases. Any help (would be nice to have a little java program that generates the file for ya - or can at least someone tell me, how i can create the json file on my own)?
