Desktop notification when baritone arrive at destination

Settings

• The sound that the notification produce
  notification_sound sound.ogg
• Callback function
  Let's say someone make a in game notification instead of a notification or something else. It would allow developper to add a notification to his own taste.

Context

I would like it to be added because it would improve the quality of life when I use baritone at long distance as I often watch video or a movie while I use baritone for moving across large distance.

Baritone already has desktop notifications. This issue is for adding more functionality to them.
