My issue is that when sending baritone out to mine my inventory gets filled up with useless stuff like cobblestone, andesite, granite, and diorite. If there could be a command added like #filter or #drop to drop stuff like that it would be great.

Someone's already suggested this, duplicate. Also, both Impact and KAMI Blue have modules to drop specific items.
