I can't reproduce this issue. Please provide alternate steps to reproduce it or more information such as a video. Also make sure you are using the latest version.

i am also using the latest version of the mod

how tf you want building to work when you disabled building

it doesn't even work with it on

video of that setting set to on and it still doen't work(command ran in video so you can see that i did change place to True so it can place)
