Have an option to only cache blocks in RAM

Caching seems to have no option for not utilizing hard disk so have add an option for it

Would help people with limited disk space and ram that they dont use

- I have not used any OwO's or UwU's in this issue.
This would be useful, however in the meantime your could use cachedChunksExpirySeconds and set it to above -1, this will delete cached chunks ( from both RAM and hard drive) after a certain amount of time.
sell some of it and buy a bigger hard drive. /s
This is the reason the issue has been kept open. However if you set the time to your average time playing minecraft then it will not be deleted until you log on next time, this isn't really a solution though, therefore the issue has been left open.
