How to reproduce

takes a while and might not happen at all, however it happened to me in game

get gravel floating under a solid block and make baritone have to mine that block while standing on it, the player will fall in whatever is under the gravel, in my case lava

that did not work, i have noticed that avoids digging on the gravel however it doesn't care about gravel topped with a solid block, it was especially hard to test this as getting gravel to float is pretty hard, but getting it topped with a solid block and encasing basically impossible without mcedit, the test worked like this:
i've incased the player into a box of bedrock the bottom being dirt and under the dirt a checkerboard pattern of gravel and dirt
i then told baritone to get the player out ther (goto x z out of the box) and it always digs straight down, either getting lucky and getting a dirt block or triggering a gravel block
