Block Meta Support For Mods

It would be neat to have a setting/command/ohter to allow us to change the block meta for different mods for example if I do #mine examplemod:example_ore it would mine that block from that mod.

Context

Well, I thought this would be a good feature that allows us to use baritone with mods I don't know if it's possible but it would be neat!
