.b build {schematic} glitching out

I try to build a schematic that I have in my folder and it glitches out, it works for a little bit but then it just freezes and scans forever. Here is the clip of me trying to do it.

What should I do?
Idk if this is the place to ask. I am using the impact client on 1.12.2. When I do .b build redeemer (even with .schematic) it cant find it in my folders. What do I need to do?
Try restarting your game while the schematic is in your "schematics" folder, but please create your own issue as this is unrelated to the current issue.
