I don't know what kind of slower you mean, but the only speed related setting is rightClickSpeed, which defaults to the speed of block placement when the player just keeps the right mouse button pressed.
If you want it to turn it's head slower, your best chance is #2292, but that will probably be detected as multisprint instead or don't help at all.

Anarchy servers do allow hacks, but they constantly patch them. Why? I dont know. But if they didnt have an anti cheat to exploit, or constantly finding ways to weaponize furnaces, books, or even bread. It might not be the true anarchy experience.

plus baritone shouldnt be triggering anti cheats from just walking.
