Description:

Player should move to the block that is building in the schematic (maybe just breaking) when the setting is set to True

Settings:

Same "walkWhileBreaking" setting or a new "walkWhileBuildingSchematic" to toggle this

Context:

Player will be able to move while building the schematic (specially for breaking a repetitive tunnel like a highway) which makes it a lot faster
