allow baritone to read if the player is trying to mine through falling blocks, and if there's a torch in player's hotbar, automatically place the torch under the falling block to automatically destroy the column of it, instead of manually mining it one by one

Settings

allow to customize what item should be used in return of the torch (any blocks that destroy falling blocks that fall onto it)
minimum amount of falling blocks to activate the auto-torch placement
whenever to destroy the torches after destroying the falling blocks
which falling block should activate the auto-torch placement (in case the user wants to mine gravel for flint)
account for water above the falling blocks

Context

sand, gravel is a pain in the ass to mine especially with baritone, when it tries to mine it one-by-one, instead of just being able to destroy groups of it with a torch.
