#mine not detecting any blocks below y level 0

Baritone version: 1.8.2
Other mods: I am using minihud, malilib, optifabric, replaymod, tweakeroo, and clientcommands
How to reproduce
Go below y level 0, and type #mine and then a block name. It will go upwards and not detect any of the block below y level 0
Modified settings
ChatControl = false
