If I load up a schematic with baritone and collect the items for it, then it goes a few blocks and stops everything. In the chat stand, that there is `101x null´ missing. what does null mean and what do i have to do?

That's an already fixed bug (but the fix is not in a release yet).
If you cancel and restart building the "XYx null" should go away.
