How do I remove/put a block on the blacklist? I want to remove the lava

What kind of blacklist do you mean?
If you want to allow Baritone to walk through lava then there is no list to remove it from. Not walking into lava is hardcoded and the closest you can get is walking on lava with a jesus hack and assumeWalkOnLava enabled.
