Im sorry, but as you can see i dont even know what a dedicated server is xd. This error is from my friend who is trying to host the server. So the equipmentcompare mod is the issue?

Yes, it is (and if you have Baritone installed on the server then you have to remove it as well).
Equipmentcompare and Baritone are client mods so to use them you put them into your own mods folder, but not the mods folder of the server.
