Can I run it in version 1.7.10 as in the title? I need a version that supports schematics mode.

baritone does not exist for 1.7.10
if you want to use schematica with baritone then 1.12.2 is the version you want.
how ever baritone got just reasently support for the newer litematica mod if you use a CI build (not yet out as a releas).
