Add functionality to the farm module to place mushrooms, bonemeal them, and mine the mushroom blocks and stems.

Settings

A setting to control what tool to use. And if possible, more specifically, choose a tool with specific enchantments for specific blocks. For example, I want to farm mushroom stems (use silk touch), but I don't need the mushroom blocks (use fortune or unenchanted to get the shrooms black to replant).

Automatically farm mushrooms, mushroom stems, or mushroom blocks.

• I have not used any OwO's or UwU's in this issue.

More fine grained control over tool selection has already been suggested a dozen times.
I'll leave this open regardless of that because I can't find an existing suggestion to make mushrooms farmable.
