Hello, the goal is to be able to use negative statements for selections like this:
#sel r !bedrock obsidian

to allow for replacing anything that is NOT bedrock by obsidian (but could apply to any situation like replacing everything but signs into air for clearing highways etc)
The same as #sel r allows for multi select, allow for multi negative select, like anything but signs and bedrock

Context

This would allow for much more flexible mass selections where/when the number of unique blocks in a selection is so high it would exceed the max character limit in chat for the selection (and be an absolute nightmare to account for for the examples described above)
