How do you disable no-verify?

Hard to say without further information.
You probably mean not passing "-noverify" to Minecraft and you are probably using some Minecraft launcher which has a "Java settings" or similar section in its settings. In that section, search if there's "-noverify" mentioned in a setting value and remove it.
