Can you send me a download link or where to download the mod for Fabric 1.21.1

There is no release for 1.21.1 so you either have to build it yourself or, as long as one is available, use a CI build.
The list of CI builds for 1.21.1 is here. Select the topmost (newest) entry and download the "Artifacts" file at the bottom, it contains all the usual release files (you need to be logged in and the download link expires 90 days after it was created).
