Allow shorter and more efficient routes by combining parkourAscend with parkourDescend, useful for survival on mountains.

Settings

allowParkourDescend: true | false
Alternatively can be merged with allowParkourAscend into this:
allowParkourYChange: true | false

Already existent settings that should affect parkour descends:
maxFallHeightNoWater: number = Will also determine the max fall on a descending jump, these shouldn't be separate settings since X and Z difference does not affect fall damage.
