Forge mods (if used):

The game crashed whilst there was a severe problem during mod loading that has caused the game to fail

How to reproduce
Install Minecraft 1.12.2
Install Buildcraft
Install Baritone
Launch
Game will be crash on step "Launch - Initializing mods Phase 2
