N/A

How to reproduce

Put a chest at the bottom of a ladder with the chest not inline with the ground (it's on top of the ground). When the bot tries to go down the ladder it gets stuck on the chest

it definitely counts chests as blocks.

Sorry my assumption was incorrect, however it still doesn't work
