you have no idea. turn on allowParkour, allowParkourPlace, allowDiagonalAscend, allowDiagonalDescend, and turn blockPlacementPenalty to 1. see the shit it tries LOL

the default settings are as conservative as i can conceivably make them without crippling baritone
