Go for closest ores/block instead of most efficient while Mining and Farming

As the title suggests, to be able to make Baritone go for the ccloses ores/blocks while mining rather than the most efficient/easy to get to.

I have noticed on many occasions that Baritone passes blocks of interest on it's way to an already selected block.

Also during mining, it would rather go to the other side of my base and plant crops 30 blocks away, rather than climb one block to farmland 5 blocks away.

This would make Baritone prioritize the closest possible goals, rather than the most efficient goals.

Settings

To be able to toggle between Distance and Efficiency.

Context

The benefit of adding the toggle, would make farming/mining more "streamlined" in some situations. rather than the most "fuel efficient".
