1.14.3: Update lang file to 1.13 JSON format

Solution:

Updated all item and block names to lower case in lang file.

replace en_us.lang with en_us.json file
As described here: https://mcforge.readthedocs.io/en/1.13.x/concepts/internationalization/
Use namong pattern described in forge docuemntation.
