The superior amplification effect doesn't work with mob respawner effect

Only one mob is respawned when the respawner effect is amplified with the superior amplification effect (amplifier = 127).
The amplifier level is registered as -128.

Solution:
Modify the amplifier values to 15,63,127.
This will keep the value under 129 which is interpreted as -128.
