Most of the time developers put some info in the read me on their repository when it is needed. for example, right now if i want to make a dependency to your mod, i don't know what is your maven address, what to put into the dependency section on gradle file and what is the latest release and how to use the dev version on that release,
please, these are few lines of information and as you go forward in future, you just need to update the version numbers in the read me file but these info help noobs like me a lot

I can only second this.
Every so often someone on the forums ask how to use baubles and we always have to go through the lengthy process of explaining why adding api sources to their project is a bad idea and how they add stuff to their project in a libs/ folder.
Then again there is the problem with shipping other peoples jar's and this project not containing a proper license.

Since this project is meant as a compatibility layer between mods and is meant to be used by others it would be nice to see an official repository upload and a proper license.
