I`m Trying to download Baubles for 1.7.10 for a little modpack im making.HELP!

For some reason when i try to download Baubles for 1.7.10(I dont have the paid version of minecraft, Im kinda poor y know :P) but it keeps launching something called CBS Deploader and it says this exact message EVERY time: CBs DepLoader was unable to download required library Baubles-1.7.10-1.0.1.10.jar
Check your internet connection and try restarting or downloading it manually from https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/47135879//Baubles-1.7.10-1.0.1.10.jar and put it in your mods folder.

But i did all of that and :
First the dropbox ling doesnt work
Second i redownloaded it like seven or eight times and all of them showed the same and i checked my internet connection VERRY WELL.

I know this is an OLD thread but I am having the same issue. I have a valid version of MC and I did download baubles right from Curse but it still gives me this nasty error no matter what I do.
