API package-info class refers to core Baubles class

This makes the API rely on the core file for compilation, which no sane modder will be including :P

Could you be a bit more specific? Do you mean the baubles.common.Baubles.VERSION reference?

Correct. If someone includes the api, they have to also include the core
class, which is a bad idea
