Resolving mod conflicts via config settings is usually never a good solution, imo conflicts should always be resolved via code. Enigmatic Legacy can fix the conflict from its end by running the "dropEldritchAmulet" code (with EventPriority.HIGH) again on the event drops themselves iirc.
