Plans for other MC Versions?

Hej,
I relly line this mod and would love to have this mod in my MC 1.7.10 pack. Are there any plans to add it to this or other versions?

This feature was a part of Tinkers Construct in 1.7.10 so there is no need for my mod to exist on that version of Minecraft

Kind of true, but I wanted a more light weight version without all the extra stuff. Thank you for the quick response :)
