Void worm dropping multiple hearts

I know it would be hard to fix, but it seems that if I add alexsmobs:void_worm to bhc drop list, all split void worms drop hearts. Not sure how to modify loot table of void worm, maybe it would be useful to add compatibility to do that easily?
Which version of minecraft are you playing and what version of Baubley Heart Canisters is installed?
