Describe the bug
A nutrition effect (both 1 and 2) will fill you up, (no saturation as stated in #19) But even when the hunger is full, you can still eat.

Reproduction steps

1. Set up any level of nutrition
2. Wait until hunger fills
3. Try to eat, and you will be able to eat still.

Expected behavior
Even if saturation is empty in vanilla, if your hunger is full, you can't eat. This is what I would expect with this.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Minecraft version: [1.18.1]
• Loader version [fabric 0.13.3]
• Mod version [1.5.0]

This is intended behaviour, as, without it, the beacon effect would effectively prevent you from consuming most foods, which can be fairly restrictive when considering foods with side effects such as suspicious stews. The issue here is that I forgot to document this, which I will resolve soon^^
