I cant activate the beacon in lot of places, idk which but mostly underground

Reproduction steps

1. Go to a very low Y level and place a beacon
2. Click to activate it
3. Place the mineral
4. Then click to activate, the green check mark wont click when u do so

Expected behavior
the beacon to work as it should lol

• Minecraft version: 1.20
• Loader version: 0.14.21
• Mod version: from older versions to 1.8.4 still

Additional context
Im using a couple of other mods for beacons

• Beacons for all
• Better Beacon Placement
  I had no issue with those mods until I used this BeaconOverhaul mod... so I'm guessing its bugged
